No strict plans or starving. You'll get structure that suits your routine, goals, and food preferences yes, even if you're vegetarian, have intolerances, or love a takeaway. I'll show you how to eat the foods you love using simple portion principles, without tracking calories or scanning barcodes. You'll also get access to over 2,000 high-protein, tasty recipes.
How much is this investment?+
It depends on the level of support you need. Right now the investment is nothing, because I don't know yet if I can help you. If we have alignment, we'll cover everything on the call together.
What if I need permission from my partner?+
This is about your health, confidence, and happiness. Have a quick chat with them before the call. But if they'll need to be part of the decision, bring them along. That way I can answer any questions they have directly and there's no miscommunication.
Can I start in a few weeks?+
Let's be honest how many times have you said "I'll start in a few weeks" and nothing changed? Life won't slow down. Holidays, work trips, weddings they'll keep coming. That's exactly why this system exists: to help you make progress despite a busy life. There's no perfect time. But there is a right time, and it's probably now.
Will I have to give up my favourite foods?+
Not at all. You'll learn how to include the foods you enjoy without sabotaging your progress. The whole point is that this has to be sustainable so we build it around your real life, not a fantasy version of it.
How long will it take to get to my goal?+
That depends on where you're starting from, what your goal is, and how consistent you are. It's going to take longer to lose 40kg than it is to lose 5. That said, most clients start noticing real changes within the first 3 6 weeks.
What if I'm really busy, work long hours, or have kids?+
That's exactly who this is built for. Short, effective workouts. Simple nutrition. Realistic habits. The system is designed around the reality of being a high-performing professional with a full life not a gym fanatic with six free hours a day.
Do I need a gym? What if I can only work out at home?+
Home or gym, it works either way. You'll get a plan that fits your setup and confidence level. Just set aside 3 5 hours a week and be ready to show up. A pair of dumbbells might help, but nothing fancy is required.
Is this suitable if I have a medical condition or injury?+
Absolutely. We'll tailor everything around what you can do not what you can't. If needed, we'll liaise with your doctor or physio to make sure we're working safely and effectively.
What happens after the program ends?+
You won't be left hanging. Phase 3 of the system is specifically designed to make your results permanent. Most clients either feel confident going solo or continue with ongoing support to keep progressing. Either way, you'll have the tools and knowledge to maintain your results for life.
